ORCID (Open Researcher and Contributor ID) is a non-profit project (the ORCID community is comprised of scholars and academic publishers) that is designed to "provide a registry of unique researcher identifiers and a transparent method of linking research activities and outputs to these identifiers." Basically, it is a DOI or ISBN for a scholar! Once you set up an ORCID account, you will have a unique number/URL to your scholarship.
You can now log in with your WCU Credentials (look for "Access through your institution").If you already have an ORCID, you can link your account to the WCU login.
Now that you have set up your ORCID, you may be ready to go one louder. If so, set up your Researcher ID in Web of Science, which can be linked to your ORCID. Here are the steps:
