Hunter Library collaborates with the University of North Carolina at Asheville (UNCA) and Appalachian State University (ASU) so that books from any of these three university libraries can be delivered to any of the other campuses via ABC Express (Asheville, Boone, Cullowhee) each Monday, Wednesday and Friday. We no longer deliver to Biltmore Park; please use the "Biltmore Park Home Delivery" option for items to be delivered directly to your residence.
Additionally, books and other items not available at these locations can be obtained through our Interlibrary Loan (ILL) services. Processing time for ILL items is longer than ABC Express - sometimes up to 2 weeks.
ABC Express is a free document delivery service available to WCU students, staff and faculty. When you find an item in the library catalog whose location is UNCA or ASU (and not WCU), you may request the item as long as as it is not checked out. Remember, sometimes there are items in the catalog that are not available for check out (e.g., items in Special Collections). Do not worry... there are alternate ways to get hold of such items.

Sometimes you will find that items you need are not available at the WCU, UNCA or ASU libraries. In such cases, Hunter Library offers Interlibrary Loan (ILL) Services to all folks affiliated to the university.
