For Students
Librarians are available to assist you with your research and information needs. Use the chat box to the right to ask a question during Reference Hours. Online research guides for every subject are also available if you are working on a research project.
You can also contact the subject librarian who specializes in your subject field for customized help with major research projects. If you have an in-depth project, you can arrange for a virtual or in-person meeting with your subject librarian. Visit the "Ask-A-Librarian" page in our Research Help & Reference guide to find out more information, as well as how to get assistance when the reference desk is closed.
For Faculty
Faculty teaching at Biltmore Park may contact their subject librarian to schedule information literacy workshops.
Visit the For Faculty & Staff page for more information on library services for faculty and staff.
For students who cannot attend tutoring sessions in the Writing and Learning Commons (WaLC), tutoring support is available through Brainfuse HelpNow, a free, online academic tutoring service offers online academic support in a variety of subjects in the following areas: Accounting, Business, Computer Sciences, Foreign Languages, Math, Nursing, Sciences, Liberal Studies, and an extensive Writing Center service.
Students can also visit the WaLC's webpage for online writing and citation resources.
